Chaos Coordinator

Striving to prove that you can be passionately invested in your work, knowing you are making a difference in others' lives without having constant, uncontrollable chaos stealing your joy and keeping you from feeling balance in your life.

We've got a lot in common, you and I.

We are Educators, caretakers, and fiercely love our families — both the ones we serve and those in our inner circle.

My life and work are fueled by this fierce passion for inspiring others to find what empowers them to be their best selves.

Though at times it has felt as though my path has been paved with more crooked roads than straight, I was blessed to find awareness of what would become my life's purpose at a very early age.

A few months before graduating from college, I stumbled into a job with the nation's leading provider in childcare, KinderCare Learning Centers. As I helped the more underperforming centers turn things around, I discovered my passion to serve.

Taking centers through the NAEYC Accreditation process, I excelled and created more success faster than expected. Winning company awards for financial growth, business strategy, and marketing. All while encountering plenty of bruising in an environment filled with chaos, conflict, and for this structure-loving girl, a complete mess.

Though this is where my leadership training began, and because of these crooked path experiences, I am now grateful to have learned that there is no form of chaos I cannot control.

I was promoted to a significant role in creating unique business opportunities and large-scale revenue programs for educational companies that included Disney, Hooked on Phonics, Lego, Scholastic, LeapFrog, and others generating multi-millions of dollars annually.

Also, I led the development of new initiatives for the entire company, including standard operating procedures, new hire process, enrollment strategies, implementing marketing tactics, and many more operational programs used to ensure the success of 2000 locations throughout the country and in Europe.

I outshined— earning my business stripes for sure!

But, it was there that I spent ten years trapped on the hamster wheel, thinking I was following my purpose.

It took being forced out to wake up and realize how much I was sacrificing because I was doing things in a way that was not consistent with my heart.

You see, at that time, I had two young daughters that I was not spending enough time with. Friends and family that rarely saw me. And a spiritual void I couldn’t figure out.

I told myself this was all worth it. Because… I was making a difference in the lives of others.

I yearned to make life easier for families without sacrificing my balance and joy. I wanted to make a difference in children’s lives but not in the traditional work way filled with chaos, conflict, and no flexible structure.

I wasn’t expecting to have it all. But I knew:

  • ✨ a better hiring process for child care

  • ✨ how to be a quality child care provider

  • ✨ ways to increase enrollment in preschool

  • ✨ how to find the best preschool near me (and you!)

  • ✨ how to help teachers curate great preschool activities

  • ✨ learning to teach virtual preschool online could happen

For the last 18 years, I've had the privilege of building multiple, multi-location businesses and rockstar teams that make a difference in the lives of the families we serve.

There are still moments of chaos, but now I know how to recognize them and control the chaos.

I have built a flexible structure and systems that allow for days with wins and losses, but always a successful finish.

Over the years, I've developed an approach to teaching things in an action-oriented manner. It gives you the confidence to create meaningful experiences that help build profitable systems in your preschool or childcare business without the crippling overwhelm and uncontrolled chaos.

I've empowered Preschool Owners, Childcare Directors, Public Schools PreK Managers, and Early Childhood Education Teachers to do things independently.

And more importantly, how to do it with ease and control that chaos. I'm able to do this because I teach what I know.

I teach what I've personally done to build successful, 15-year businesses that do not rely on 80-hour workweeks or a large management team to keep afloat.

They are my why.   What’s yours?

Yes, I'm devoted to keeping joy a priority, but I value our client's experiences and the impact of our work.

In a quest for making life a little easier for today's busy families, we apply the same principles and practices we've developed for our business concepts: a trusted boutique preschool, our one-of-a-kind party experiences, and our community-building playground café to all of our online courses as we grow.

We are continuing our mission to empower educators and parents to create their own meaningful experiences for children.
